Beware: AirPet Delivery and an individual representing himself as Thomas Zangue are SCAMMERS. I purchased a puppy online to be shipped from FL to Texas. All I had was references and the word of this individual that he was legitimate. He provided pictures of the pup and the shot record. First mistake was trusting him, second more fatal mistake was paying via Zelle (and not a credit card). Pup was apparently in transit and I rec'd an email from the Air Pet Delivery company telling me that I needed to wire an additional $1,000 (95% refundable) to avoid the pup from being detained and quarantined for 10 days. That's when my common sense kicked in and I knew I was scammed. I called and this Thomas individual actually answered the call via Messenger and told me that he was a God-fearing man trying to do the right thing by finding the dogs good home. He encouraged me to pay the $1000. He emailed references from recent facebook posts. The few individuals I've contacted did not know that he was using their names as references and had never actually done business with him. BEWARE!
